The First Aid at Work (FAW) Level 3 qualification is suitable for people who might need to respond to a wide range of accidents, injuries and illnesses that they could come across in their workplace. It is an ideal course for large organisations and businesses whose risk assessment has identified that they require a fully trained first aider for their workplace.

Welcome to White Cross Training. We are an independent South West England based business, dedicated to providing professional, enjoyable and memorable courses. Whether it’s an accredited or bespoke course you are looking for, we have many years' experience, ensuring that meet all your training requirements.
You may want to learn some basic first aid skills to equip you with the knowledge and skills to enable you to deal with emergency situations in or out of your home. Or, perhaps you have been asked by your employer to attend a first aid course. Or, maybe you are an employer seeking to train your staff and meet first aid regulations. White Cross Training is your answer. We also offer moving and handling, health and safety, safeguarding and other mandatory courses, either as face-to-face, blended, or online training. Please visit the Courses page for more information about the training that we can provide.
Based in Plymouth, but covering the whole of Devon and Cornwall, White Cross Training is run by me, Laurence Peacock. I deliver courses on set dates at venues as well as offering bespoke on-site solutions, held either at your place of work or your home. I am friendly and approachable and having had to apply my first aid knowledge to real life situations, I can speak from experience about the importance of knowing what to do in emergency situations.
