Over a third of all workplace injuries are caused by manual handling. Back pain is currently the largest reported reason for sickness absence in the UK.
Care workers often need to do a lot of manual handling and employers have an important role in reducing the risk of injuries and helping employees with back pain to return to work. This can also be offered as an accredited course.
The amount of contact time required for each course is varied and we can offer training day(s) to suit your needs by covering several courses at the same time. The training can be delivered at your place of work, giving your staff the opportunity to be trained on how to use equipment correctly and work safely in their normal working environment.
If you require more information or would like to discuss the option of combining courses, please complete the booking form below or contact us with any enquiries.
