SUMMARY:Emergency Paediatric First Aid Level 3 (RQF)
DESCRIPTION:The Emergency Paediatric First Aid Level 3 (RQF) qualification is designed specifically for people who look after babies and children\, including child minders\, crèche leaders\, nannies\, au pairs\, nursery and pre-school workers\, teachers and teaching assistants\, and sport and leisure staff. \nIt provides theoretical and practical training in first aid techniques that are specific to infants aged 0 to 1 and children aged from 1 to 18 years old. By undertaking this training\, you are ensuring that you know what to do in a paediatric first aid situation as well as meeting the Department for Education’s requirements and the standards outlined in the EYFS Statutory Frameworks. \nThe Emergency Paediatric First Aid course is a regulated 1- day course. The course meets the UK and European Resuscitation Council Guidelines 2021. It can also be used as the first day of the 2-day Paediatric First Aid Level 3 (RQF) course. If you are interested in completing this longer course\, please get in touch before booking so that we can arrange a date. \nSpaces on the Emergency Paediatric First Aid course are limited to a maximum of 12 people. A hands-on approach ensures that you will learn first aid skills and have the confidence to use them in a real life situation. \nThe Sherford Community Hub is located in the heart of Sherford\, close to the centre of Plymouth and surrounding areas including Torbay\, Exeter\, Tavistock\, Saltash and Torpoint.
