Our FREE Community Basic Life Support (BLS) course is designed specifically for members of the general public who want to be able to respond with confidence in life or death situations.
Spaces are limited to 12 and the course will be very hands-on.
It is ideal for anyone wanting to learn basic life support skills including:
- Safety
- Precautions
- Initial assessment
- Recovery position
- CPR
- Use of an AED (automated external defibrillator)
- Choking
