Our first aid courses for home educated children are relaxed, fun, flexible and child-led. Children may not engage for the full two hours but we allow plenty of time for them to come and go, joining in with the activities they are most interested in. The sessions are about children just having a go, trying out the equipment and seeing the importance in learning some first aid skills – skills they may one day use themselves!
These sessions are free for siblings under 5; you do not need to book a ticket for them.
Parents are respectively asked to attend alongside their children at no additional cost.
A group discount will be applied when more than one ticket is purchased. We kindly ask that you only book tickets for your own family.
We have hired Tavistock Guide Hall which is situated within Bedford Car Park. The hall is upstairs but there is a stairlift should you require it. There is also a kitchen available for making drinks.
