Pet First Aid Level 2 (VTQ)

The Pet First Aid Level 2 (VTQ) 3-hour course is ideal for pet owners, pet sitters, dog walkers, groomers, pet boarding, pet stores and veterinary practices. It covers the main first aid subjects for dogs and cats but this information is also suitable for most other animals. Understanding basic first aid for pets will give you the skills to assist them and prevent them from getting worse before professional help is given by your vet.

For pet businesses and dog day care activities, the Pet First Aid Level 2 course will help to ensure that you meet and maintain the standards as required for a license to be granted.

Spaces on Pet First Aid courses are limited to a maximum of 12 people. A hands-on approach ensures that attendees practise first aid skills and have the confidence to use them in a real life situation.

On completion of the course, you with receive an official certificate which is valid for three years and a certified CPD statement.
