At White Cross Training, customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we are committed to offering a service that is as flexible as possible.

1.       Booking Process:

  • To secure your booking for first aid training or event cover with White Cross Training, all information requested must be provided along with the required deposit or balance.
  • The deposit amount is determined based on the type and scale of the training or event. Details regarding the deposit will be communicated during the booking process.

 

2.       Payment:

  • The deposit must be paid within 7 days to secure the date(s) for the scheduled training or event.
  • Full payment for the first aid training or event cover must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Failure to make the full payment within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the booking.
  • Late payments are subject to a fee, the details of which will be outlined in the payment reminders sent by White Cross Training.

 

3.       Cancellations and Refunds:

4.       Participant Substitution:

We welcome participant substitutions at no additional cost, as long as the replacement meets the course prerequisites and their details are provided ahead of the scheduled training.

 

5.       Training Materials and Resources:

  • All training materials and resources provided by White Cross Training during the training session are the property of White Cross Training and are for educational purposes only.
  • Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of training materials is strictly prohibited.

 

6.       Liability:

While every effort is made to ensure the safety of participants during training sessions or events, White Cross Training cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur.

By booking first aid training or event cover with White Cross Training, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. White Cross Training reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time, with the revised version being effective upon posting on the White Cross Training website.
