The 3-day First Aid at Work course can also be combined with the 2-day Paediatric First Aid course and the Forest Schools 16-Hour First Aid Level 3 (VTQ) course. There is also the option of completing a First Aid at Work Level 3 (VTQ) – High Risk course which is ideal for businesses whose risk assessment has identified a high risk of excessive bleeding accidents. This version of the FAW course covers training in the use of tourniquets and haemostatic dressings.
